Our Services
The Marquis Group is a national real estate investment and management company based out of Dallas. We focus on acquiring, managing, and developing investment opportunities, including Conventional, HUD (Affordable), and Student-Housing Multi-Family properties. Outside the Multi-Family space, we are actively looking for value-add investments in the Land, Retail, Hotel, and Office sectors.
